You recognise that Skill2Work or its employees, agents (or any other person authorised by Skill2Work in that regard) are not agents or employees of any third parties (including, but not limited to any university, college etc.) in respect of which it provides services to You, and therefore does not collect fees in that regard from You.
You recognise that Skill2Work or its employees, agents (or any other person authorised by Skill2Work in that regard) are not agents or employees of any third parties (including but not limited to any university, college etc.), and are therefore not liable to You, Your heirs, successors or agents for any shortcomings, deficiencies of service, or any other legal omissions/commissions for which such third party may be liable to You. You therefore agree to indemnify Skill2Work and its employees, agents (or any other person authorised by Skill2Work) in that regard.
